With comprehensive advertising campaigns continually running, Premier Rental Management has many calls daily from prospective tenants interested in your home. Our Company require each prospective tenant 18 years of age and older to submit a rental application. We run criminal background check, credit check, evictions check, and also verify employment and income for each applicant. This combination of screening procedures helps us find good tenants, not just any tenant.

Our Team makes thorough inspections of your home, both inside and outside, at least 2 times per year. This helps us insure that the tenants are in compliance with the lease and that your property is being properly cared for.

Monthly Reports

Monthly Reports

Each month, you will receive financial statement showing monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide numerous reports including but not limited to property rental history, income vs. expenses, monthly balance, maintenance & repair history. In addition, we will also provide you with year-end tax statements for tax reporting/planning purposes.
